Featuring a house dating back to 1920, Porto Bay Serra Golf is surrounded by gardens, and provides guests with direct access to Santo da Serra Golf Course. It offers a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a massage room.

"Perfeito para relaxar e descansar"
O hotel é muito limpo, calmo, com muita luz. Quarto muito confortável, com todas as comodidades, rede mosquiteira, ar condicionado, camas e almofadas fofas. Casa-de-banho com tudo o necessário (pente, escova de dentes, kit de barbear, kit de costura), produtos de banho e cabelo da marca Rituals, secador de cabelo profissional, aquecedor de toalhas de banho. Pequeno-almoço excecional, com muita variedade e ótima qualidade, o café era delicioso (não era café de máquinas automáticas como na maioria dos hotéis atualmente). Piscina do hotel limpa, perfeita para relaxar. Parque de estacionamento gratuito e sempre disponível. Experimentamos o restaurante Avó Micas, e gostamos muito. Voltarei, com certeza.
Nada a apontar, excedeu as minhas expectativas.

"Conforto e sossego"
O quarto superior que me foi disponibilizado, para além de muito confortável, era enorme. Fantástico quarto que, apesar de ter um berço e uma cama extra, ainda tinha imenso espaço disponível. Tinha também uma excelente varanda, com toda a privacidade e com duas espreguiçadeiras. Tinha ainda um excelente closet e uma pequena "sala" de estar em frente à cama "king-size". Os funcionários muito simpáticos, principalmente quem nos atendeu no restaurante para o jantar, talvez o "chefe de sala", que foi extremamente simpático e atencioso para todos nós, inclusive com o nosso bebé, mostrando toda a sua solidariedade e colocando-nos numa sala mais reservada. Um excelente profissional.
A minha pontuação global só não se situa no nível 10, devido ao facto de termos encontrado uma piscina interior com uma água que estava muito fria. Na minha opinião, um hotel situado na serra, onde a temperatura geralmente é mais baixa e que só dispõe de piscina interior, deveria ter a água aquecida. Penso que por esse motivo, estivemos sempre completamente sós na piscina, no entanto, principalmente tendo crianças (2 e 8 anos) e querendo usufruir do hotel, é aconselhável ter uma temperatura de água que nos permita permanecer na piscina por algum tempo, Desta forma, praticamente não usamos a piscina, sendo que a minha mulher nem conseguiu usufruir uma única vez. Acho que seria um aspeto a rever e na minha opinião, foi mesmo o único aspeto menos positivo.
